Our location ...
The project being considered will be located on the site that was the town’s former Argos store.
Those involved in developing the project have been in discussions with the site owner for more than two years.
It includes the former store (which incorporates the listed facade of Crossgate House), Ferguson Square and the access/parking areas on Waterend Road.
Unique access ...
The benefits of the site are considerable: not only does it have street-level access from Crossgate in the heart of the town centre, it also has vehicle access off Waterend Road – together with ramped and stepped pedestrian access from the closes than run off Waterend Road.
The Ferguson Square site is as close to the heart of Cupar as it can be. If we are able to progress to develop the site, it will be accessible to all.
